In LAB bar you won't find any cocktail list because as soon as you walk in, one of the bartenders or waitress will be with you to help choosing any of the classic, international, forgotten or house cocktails. This is obviously the best way to employ always seasonal and fresh fruit and let the more than 250 spirits and liqueurs been used according with the guest preferences.

Food at LAB bar is not only a complement to the drinks but also a possibility to have a dinner making a nice food pairing with our creation. We basically offer few options which consist in something to nibble or a couple of plates fusion of Italian and Spanish flavours, and some sweat solution for an happy end.
